Religious Formation . Registration for 2009 /10 will be held after Mass on June 13/14. for students in grades 1-8. Confirmation registration will be held in the Fall. A mailing will be sent this week to parents of all eligible students. If you do not receive the registration packet, please call the office at 272-5777. Students registering for the first time must present a copy of their baptismal record.
Training sessions for Eucharistic Ministers will be held on June 28th at St. Mary Church, Branford and on Sept. 27th at Our Lady of Loreto, Waterbury at 2:00 PM. If you are interested in this ministry, please see Fr. Gene after Mass.
Prayer Shawl Ministry will meet on Friday, June 5th at 10:00 AM in the Parish Center
Blood Drive will be held in the Parish Center on Thursday, June 18th from 1:30 – 7:00 PM. The American Red Cross asks for your help so that they may continue to meet the needs of all Connecticut patients this summer.
Stewardship. St. Paul reminds us today that all of our gifts have their source in the Holy Spirit and that those gifts are given “for the common good”. What gifts are mine to share?

Family Perspective: Today, on Pentecost, we remember Christ gave us the Holy Spirit to assist us in raising our family and he expects us to use this gift. Let's turn off the distractions and tune into the Holy Spirit who “will guide us to the truth”. Let us “testify” to our children that true happiness is found in service, forgiveness and lovefor one another.
